Thank you for visiting Ruby Patch. All of my items are designed and handmade by me. Most items feature raw edge applique and free motion embroidery and therefore no two items will be exactly the same.
I use many different fabrics in my designs and therefore, although the design you order will be provided, there may be some variation in the fabrics that make up the design. These variations will be slight and you will be contacted if any major substitution of fabrics or colours is necessary.

I accept payments by Paypal and by credit or debit card.
On receipt of your payment, I will send a confirmation email to inform you of the estimated dispatch date. You will then receive an email when your order is posted informing you of the postal service that has been used and the estimated delivery time.
If you are a non EU customer, you are responsible for any import taxes that may be due on receipt of your goods.
Your order will be posted using Royal Mail within the UK. International orders will be posted using Royal Mail international services and will therefore use a variety of other postal companies. Your order may require a signature on delivery.
Please note that I will inform you of the estimated delivery time on your dispatch notification email but I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal services.
Should you require an upgraded postal service due to the urgency of an order, please contact me at time of order to discuss this. It may result in a higher postage cost than is quoted online. This will be confirmed by email with you and payment requested before the order will commence. Where possible, I am happy to try to accelerate orders if required. Please discuss this with me if you require it.
On receipt of your delivery, in the case of non bespoke/non personalised items only, you have up to 14 days 'cooling off period' in which to cancel your order. If you do wish to cancel your order, you are liable for the cost of returning the goods to me. You will then receive a refund of the cost of the goods and original postage cost within 14 days of me receiving the goods back. It is advisable to get proof of postage for any goods you are returning to ensure that you are compensated by the carrier should your parcel go missing.
If your order is for a bespoke item, please note that you cannot cancel your order after delivery and refunds are not available unless the item is faulty. Please ensure that you check that any personalisation details are correct before ordering as they will be reproduced exactly and refunds are not available for errors if they existed in your original order.
If your goods are damaged or faulty on receipt, please contact me to arrange the return of the goods. I will reimburse postage costs if we have agreed the amount prior to the return of the goods.
